Instagram has eliminated a trailer from a sequence devoted to educating others about anti-Semitism as a result of “it contains situations of Jews recounting their experiences.”
Yair Rosenberg, the writer of the sequence and Senior Author at Pill Journal, says the video was eliminated as a result of it makes an attempt to teach others about anti-Semitism. The six-part sequence shall be released on JewishUnpacked.com.
Instagram said the video goes in opposition to the platform’s “Group Pointers.”
“Of us, Instagram took down the trailer for my antisemitism video sequence as a result of (get this) it accommodates situations of Jews recounting their experiences of antisemitism,” Rosenberg tweeted. “Platforms proceed to confuse individuals reporting on and elevating consciousness about bigotry with the bigotry itself.”
Johnny Kunza, the writer at JewishUnpacked.com, says Rosenberg’s message is now extra necessary than ever earlier than.

Rosenberg says he hopes the sequence will encourage conversations about fight anti-Semitism.
“If this sequence conjures up of us to dig deeper into the topic of antisemitism, have higher arguments about it, and give you higher approaches than I did, then it would have been an incredible success,” he said.
